Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to offer you the greatest shipping options that fits your country of residence, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of products across the world.
US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 8 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer of the products process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time global: Shipping delivery may take up to 2-5 business weeks. Once your package has been shipped from our fulfillment office, we send out a confirmation with the tracking information.
Also note, we may ship orders with multiple items separately to ensure you get your products as soon as possible. We do this as we often ship from various suppliers and warehouses.
Refunds are given depending on situation, 28 days after your order was placed.
Simply contact us and send your item to our returns office for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund.
Tracking your order:
To track your order, please enter your tracking number at the order tracking page.
Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 7 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
Please note that you must not enter your order number, or it will appear as an error automatically.
